Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange only if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received a wrong product (different model/color).
What is NOT covered?

- Product not liked
- Minor color/design differences
- Customer damage or misuse
Time Limit
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests after 48 hours will be rejected.
Proof Required
To process your exchange, provide:
- Unboxing Video (clear, uncut, from sealed package to full reveal)
- Clear Photographs (2-3 images showing damage or wrong product)
- Order Number
Exchange Process

- Attach the video and photos
- We review and approve within 24-48 hours
- Ship the product back (customer pays return shipping unless our error)
- We send the replacement within 4-7 business days
Return Shipping
You pay return shipping charges unless the error is from our side (wrong product sent).
COD & Semi-COD Orders
- COD: Once dispatched, cannot be cancelled. Refusal of delivery = 15% restocking fee.
- Semi-COD: The 10% advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
